"'Fairy Tale' the Extralegal Obamacare Fix"
Dear Doves,
We are a nation of laws, which can only come down to us when Congress
passes them as amendments to the law. In both it's initial passage and
it's bumbling inception, Obamacare has grievously violated both the
letter and the spirit of the Constitution.
Should you fail to
understand the seriousness of these infractions, let me put them into
historical perspective. Both the Senate and the House failed to pass
this legislation
utilizing the customary rules of Congress. Any amendment to the Constitution must have
more than a simple majority. The one vote tie breaker in the Senate that
made Obamacare law was a direct violation of the customary and usual
practices that govern all amendments to the Constitution. Harry Reid and
the Democrat Party departed from Senate Rules that require 60 votes.
Reid then tossed out this boastful challenge; "So what are you going to
do about it?"
Shamefully, the
opposition party was too flummoxed and stunned by the President's
non-stop political fundraiser's and big media's numerous threats to
force a political showdown. Even the insurance lobby was intimidated by
our Dictator in Chief to go along with their demise.
Now that the political
fallout has become more than the Democrat Party can bear, we get word
that not only is this President granting extra-legal immunity from
Obamacare to his political allies, unions, civil servants and moslems,
he's also willing to gut his bumbling
legislation to allow people with previously held insurance policies to
keep them. Suffice it to say, this President has single-handedly
destroyed our entire system of governance by
repeatedly violating his oath of office and in the process ruling by
dictatorial decree. It's not the function of his office to create, pass,
or modify legislation. Those functions are the sole purpose of the
Congress of the United States.
Of course, students of
Bible Prophecy have known that after the re-birth of the modern State of
Israel, we could expect just such a lawbreaker to make an appearance on
the world stage. To those of you who still to blind to see, please read
what scripture has to say;
Concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus
Christ and our being gathered to him, we ask you, brothers and sisters,
don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come
until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the
man doomed to destruction.
A righteous man, who was distressed by the depraved
conduct of the lawless(for that righteous man, living among them day
after day, was tormented in his righteous soul by the lawless deeds he
saw and heard)—
Agape,

'Fairy Tale' Continues as Obama Proposes Extralegal Obamacare Fix
Earlier this week, former President Bill Clinton advised President Obama
to "honor the commitment" he made and to allow Americans to keep their
health care plans, if they like them. That was a central promise Obama
made when he sold Obamacare, but one that turned out not to be true when
Obamacare began to be implemented last month.
"So I personally believe, even if it takes a change to the law, the
president should honor the commitment the federal government made to
those people and let them keep what they got,"Clinton in an interview
released Tuesday.
Now President Obama is taking Clinton's advice and trying to honor that
commitment. In remarks today at the White House today, Obama said, "I
completely get how upsetting this can be" lose insurance plans that I
promised Americans would be able to keep. "To those Americans, I hear
you loud and clear."
But there's a catch with president's proposed solution. The president is
not proposing that the law be changed to allow all health insurance
plans grandfathered into Obamacare's eligibility requirements.
No, instead the White House is saying that it will use "enforcement
discretion" to allow illegal health insurance plans to be able to still
be sold. That is, the Obama administration will not enforce the penalty
on individuals for not having eligible health insurance plans and
they'll allow the insurance companies to still sell so-called bad plans
-- plans they technically can't sell under Obamacare.
