There are TWO Thieves. 

The First one mentioned in Ex. 22:1 is he who STEALS what is NOT HIS PROPERTY/LAND and PEOPLE (falling Away); This scripture is prophetically speaking to the THIEF himself, there will be NO BLOOD SHED for him!  The2^nd mention of THIEF is referring to JESUS CHRIST The RIGHTFUL OWNER, who is ACTING as a Thief by RESCUING by SNATCHING out of Harms way, HIS OWN!!!

Notice the Snatching comes AFTER the FALLING AWAY and at the moment/time of a CATACLYSMIC EVENT.
