At http://www.messiahalive.com/hebwriter.htm , I have updated the Hebrew Writer I created to include how to enter the  vowels, so you can now create unicode Hebrew text WITH vowels. 

 

This is UNICODE and is superior to using hebrew fonts, because it works irregardless of what fonts someone does or does not have installed on their computer.

 

If you're doing a LOT , you may need a Hebrew keyboard.  But if you are mixing a little Hebrew into a mostly English text, http://www.messiahalive.com/hebwriter.htm works.
