The Israeli law includes a right to sue and receive damages for violation of specific statutes, including a uniquely Israeli statute that places wide liability on banks and others that even indirectly aid or facilitate terrorists financing.

Certainly the entire case and chances of winning would have been radically different if Chinese law governed, or even in the case of New York law.

Shurat Hadin, the Israeli Law Center, convinced the New York Appellate Division to apply Israeli law and keep the case, filed on behalf on 22 families, in New York.

Shurat HaDin, Israel Law Center (ILC), founded in 2003, is a Tel Aviv-based civil rights non-governmental organization focused on representing terror victims and using litigation against groups that they accuse of supporting terrorism

So it appears, fitting the chronology of today's events, that New York has to hear the terror case brought against the Bank of China, then pronounce a judgment against them, which then commences the rest of bible prophecy.

And after that happens, I think Isaiah 17 speaks of an al qaida attack on NYC.

New York thinks it has elected a new mayor, but

Mayor Michael Bloomberg won't be going anywhere.

How do I know that?

Because Bloomberg believes in Totalitarian Government, as in Total Control.

With words like Gatekeeper and Surveillance becoming so widely used, absolute control will be necessary during increasingly lawless times because of a broken World economy.

Deflation 1st, then Lawlessness 2nd, and then the New Currency 3rd.

And it certainly looks to be full-circle, Isaiah 17 warns-

Isaiah 17:4

And in that day it shall come to pass, that the glory of Jacob shall be made thin, and the fatness of his flesh shall wax lean.

Do you know what the glory of Jacob (Israel) is?

None other than Tel Aviv.

While Silicon Valley is the global leader when it comes to tech startups, 'Tel Aviv Silicon' is nipping at its heels.

With so many Tech companies based in Tel Aviv, Israel’s second-most-populous city, the Jewish state is often referred to as "Startup Nation."  Israel has an estimated 4,800 startups, many of them high tech. The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange lists 616 companies, meaning Israel has one public company for every 12,500 citizens. By comparison, the U.S. has one public company for every 47,000 people.
