I decided I definitely needed to comment on my experience with seeking God for a sign of when the Rapture would happen/His return. It was actually a couple of months back and I was leaning against a sign…..stretching my leg muscles after a jog. I asked Him to please give me a sign for I’ve been looking for Him for several, several years now. I no more get that prayer out of my mouth and my eyes go up toward my outstretched left hand. On that wrist I have a band from my church that is a reminder to “unclutter my life”. The scripture verse is Mathew 16: 25, 26 on the band. However, the way it was turned on my wrist I only saw Matthew 16. At that point I realized I really never looked this verse up for myself…..though I’ve worn the band for a year or so now.

The Demand for a Sign
16 The Pharisees and Sadducees came to Jesus and tested him by asking him to show them a sign from heaven.
2 He replied, “When evening comes, you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red,’ 3 and in the morning, ‘Today it will be stormy, for the sky is red and overcast.’ You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times.[a] 4 A wicked and adulterous generation looks for a sign, but none will be given it except the sign of Jonah.” Jesus then left them and went away.
I was amazed at the THE DEMAND FOR A SIGN title of the verse for it completely showed me the Lord is listening and answering. However, I did not really understand what the verse meant when referring to Jonah…….other than we are in a big time sinful, rebelious generation as Jonah was. Therefore, figured that must be it…..keep watching.
THEN!!!! I saw the posting(s) on “THE SIGN OF JONAH” lately and Comet ISON……and Thanksgiving/Hanukkah falling on same day, 40 days from the Sign of Johah in the sky, etc, etc.
Needless to say….I’m pumped! THIS SIGN MEANS SOMETHING!!! Then the 4 Blood Moons are coming after that.
