"Elizabeth "Vision of a Ruined Church" and Jurassic Park movie meanings"

Remember the first "Jurassic Park" movie, how they were stuck on the island with dinosaurs escaping the confines of their previously electrified fenced cages because the electricity had been turned off? Well, once again, God has brought to my attention what is being conveyed through a movie.

Elizabeth mentioned how judgment begins at the house of God: http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/nov2013/elizabeth1126-2.htm

I had for a long time felt that there was a significant meaning in one aspect of this story which I will get to but just recently came up with more that I had not seen before. It began with a feeling that there was a meaning in the name of the character in the film named Nedry. Remember him? (The actor would go on to play the famous "Newman..." character on "Seinfeld") but in Jurassic Park he was the guy who was responsible for the safety of the guests while the "creator" was away but he became greedy and wanted to make a deal on the side with the competitor, (adversary) and while away from his post attempting a meeting to sell the dinosaur embryos, a terrible storm hits and his vehicle gets stuck or crashes and he is the first one to be eaten by dinosaurs.

Wow, I decided to do a quick check online to see if I was spelling his name correctly, and look at what I found as if to confirm further my understanding of what this character represents: From this site: http://jurassicpark.wikia.com/wiki/Dennis_Nedry

Nedry was never told everything, and was always working in the dark. As the novel describes him:"He was fat and sloppy, eating a candy bar, and there was sticky chocolate on his fingers, and flecks of aluminum foil on his shirt." Later, after he successfully steals the embryos, he is killed by a dilophosaur. Nedry's body is later found by Muldoon and Gennaro, with Muldoon remarking "They blinded him, then ripped him down the middle. Not a nice way to go. Maybe there's justice in this world after all." His remains were presumed to be destroyed due to the napalm bombing by the Costa Rican Air Force, because when Gennaro asked Muldoon what they do with his body, Muldoon just stated they had more important things to do.

"They blinded him, then ripped him down the middle."

Remember that quote as we continue.

Okay, a little more from the site and then I'll begin explaining. By the way, the character (adversary's) name that Nedry sells the embryos to is "Dodgson," a corporate scientist from "Biosyn". This can't be an accident. Dodgson = "God's son" or sons of God in Job 1:6. And he works for "Bio-sin". Sinning with life itself. Here is another quote from this site about the movie and Nedry: (underline in original, not mine)

Using his skills, he engineered a series of computer errors to get him past security and to cover up his tracks. Unfortunately, he shut down all the electric fences in the process, except those keeping the Velociraptors inside their pen, throwing the park into chaos and causing the deaths of much of the Jurassic Park staff, ironically including himself.
Due to a tropical storm, he crashed his gas-powered Jeep and while trying to sort the problem out, was confronted by one of the dinosaurs he had released: a young Dilophosaurus. He anxiously tried to get away from the seemingly harmless dinosaur, but it soon afterward revealed its true colors by getting angry and "frills" him.
The Dilophosaurus vomits its poison on his chest, then his eyes. When he finally does get back in and locks the car, he realizes the Dilophosaurus is also in the car, and the Jeep he is in bangs a loud noise first, then violently shakes back and forth continuously. He bangs, screams and yells as the Dilophosaurus starts devouring him alive.

Notice it says that this dinosaur that eats him starts out seemingly harmless but soon afterwards revealed its true colors, becoming angry. Sound like anyone you know?

So what or whom does this character Nedry represent? Remember, judgment begins at the house of God. He represents the church, and pastors who have left their post to pursue their own agendas of money and a name for themselves. They have left off the truth and become dead religion hence: "Deadreligion" shortened to Nedry. The word dry even referring to the "clouds without rain, twice dead, plucked up by the roots etc." The church that so many argue cannot be divided yet it will be as the wise are raptured and the left behind are "blind" and the whole will be ripped down the middle! Astounding!

His own actions cause the once electric fences to become dead and this allows the dinosaurs to escape their boundaries to begin devouring the people. The dinosaurs represent the devil's forces that have for a long time been kept back because the truth of the church of Jesus has been present through His true disciples being on earth. When they are removed at the rapture, that is the judgment beginning at the house of God.

All this above is new to me about this movie, but here is the part I have long thought about. With Nedry gone and soon dead the entire electric grid went down, not just the fences, and when it happened none of the others had a clue why. But their concern was later calmed when the power, just as suddenly came back on, remember? However, what they did not know was that this was not the main power generator that was now bringing the lights and fences back up to full power, but rather, a back up battery designed to kick in if ever the main power generator failed. The huge battery back up was to give some temporary time of full power and it was meant that during that time, the technicians could find out what the problem was and correct it and put the generator back on line and this would also recharge the batteries for the next possible power failure and all would be well. But when the power came back on, the people just went on like all was well not knowing their time was running out and they did not "redeem the time" nor understand until the power failed again but this time for good. Dough!

I have long felt like that is a picture of our lives on this earth in general. We have been given a certain amount of time here on earth to learn who the true source of life is, Jesus, and then plug into Him and receive life from Him for eternal life before our mortal "battery temporary earthly life" runs out. Yet so many carry on as if everything is fine but are running on limited battery time.
