A couple of years ago I read Isaiah 3:16 to the end of the chapter. It is speaking about the daughters of Zion (metaphorically not just females, but the church or believers), and it describes all these wierd items of clothing that I had never heard of. I use the KJ version. So I got out a dictionary and looked up cauls, mufflers, mantles, wimples, etc. and many of these are clothing that you wear in cool or cold weather! Isaiah goes on in that chapter to talk about stink, baldness, burning, nakedness (like ruin clothes, not much to wear) men killed in war... sounds like bombs and nukes to me! Ruby ************ Patty RP (1 Nov 2012) "Hurricane Sandy or Matthew 24?" Hello, Doves I say...Matthew 24!! 20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: 21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. According to the verses above, maybe the "Great Tribulation" will be in winter, on the Sabbath day?? In 2012, the first day of winter is 12/21/12...with the Sabbath starting that night, into 12/22/12 sundown. http://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/Matthew-Chapter-24/
