I refer to the Book of Revelation 14:4 (caps and brackets mine)

"These are they which were not defiled by women [false churches] ; for they are virgins [pure].  These are they which follow the Lamb [Jesus Christ] whithersoever he goeth.  These were REDEEMED from among men [mankind], being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb."

When you and I go to the grocery store to purchase (redeem) our bought-for things...do we leave them there, or....do we TAKE them WITH us??

When you have paid the price for that which you have bought...do you not take it away with you??  Why would you leave it there, after paying for it?

I do not think the 144,000 will be left behind here to be beheaded...they will be the 'firstfruits' presented to God, paid for by the Lamb...

I believe the rest of Christianity will be taken, as well, before the final wrath of God.  Anyone who takes the 'mark', is lost for eternity, destined to be in the lake of fire with their 'leader'.
