"the duration of 'one hour'"

Gino, re your post http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/nov2012/gino1116-3.htm
about figuring out the duration of 'one hour':

Simple arithmetic results in 'one hour' equalling 41.666 years when you use 1000 years = 1 day.

Depending on other scriptures or calculations, we also come up with 7 years, 3.5 years, and 15 days.

It occurred to me, looking at the '1000 years' = 1 day, that June 1967 + 41.666 solar yrs. takes us to right about now.

What if we were to determine what ? is, using the other calculations for 'day'.....are there any commonalities which may provide some insight?
 June 5 and 10, 1967, Six Day War + 41.666 years = nov/dec 2012
                                        ? + 7 years = now
                                        ? + 3.5 years = now
                                        ? + 15 days = now

Could the numbers guys figure this out, possibly using lunar years also?
