Beryl, as far as I can determine Samson and his mother were the only ones to take the nazarite vow.  He was descended from Dan. 

Samuel, who came after Samson, did not have to take the nazarite vow: Both mothers had been barren.

 

Jesus was called a Nazarene because he was from Nazareth.
