"O....."you're a
god"....."
Tonight, during half-time of the Monday Night
Football broadcast, Chris Berman interviewed both candidates,
although I did not see the game, or the interviews with the
candidates live, in a segment on the news that followed,
after being asked a question about the similarities between a
pro football team's ability to "repeat" (as champions) in a
professional football season, and a sitting President in a
subsequent Presidential (i.e. as an incumbent President)
election.......? .....O's answer...."I really do believe it has
to do with staying focused, and it has to do with not getting
distracted....by your own hype, you know, or the
critics'.....it's interesting, political reporters are a lot
like sports' reporters,...ya know, you lose a game and you're a
bum, yet you win a game, and....YOU'RE A
gOD...."................I don't believe this often used cliche'
was simply that, a "cliche"......I believe he was intending much
more meaning when he used this particular cliche'.......just
like on the anniversary of 911, at ground zero, when he quoted
from Isaiah, in the first person vernacular, ....and thusly
stated...."and know that I am God "............Come Lord
Jesus....!!!!!!
