Kevin,There were three things that you had written:"And I was proclaiming to somebody in the dream while under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit:"
"As I walked along this road in Israel while proclaiming the above to this person, I suddenly saw a hornbill bird. And it came flying from above and then perched on a tree that was next to where we were standing. I was made to understand in the dream that this hornbill bird represented The Holy Spirit i.e. the Holy Spirit had come in the form of a bird (Hornbill)."
"The LORD clearly showed me that He has dispatched His Holy Spirit to perch on the Land of Israel to protect it."
The LORD is not a bird. The Holy Ghost is Jehovah, not simply the force of the LORD like the JWs teach, nor is the Holy Ghost simply the messenger of the LORD, but the LORD himself.
II Corinthians 3:17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
God doesn't simply possess a spirit, or simply sends a spirit, but God himself is a Spirit:
John 4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
Therefore God himself is that Holy Spirit, the Holy Ghost.
Acts5:3 But Peter said, Ananias, why hath Satan filled thine heart to lie to the Holy Ghost, and to keep back part of the price of the land?4 Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.
The Holy Ghost is the Almighty, the LORD God himself.
Luke 3:22 And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.
John the Baptist saw that the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape - it did not say he descended with a body or in a body. Also, it was a bodily shape like a dove - it did not say that he is a dove or that he was a dove.Getting this wrong makes all the difference in the world. So many have actually thought that the Holy Ghost is a bird, that they have tried to paint the LORD on his throne with a bird flying over his head. That shows they do not know who the Holy Ghost is, therefore they may not know who the LORD is.Also, to think that the Holy Ghost is a bird, betrays that they unconsciously believe that he is a created thing, a bird.
Romans 1:23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
The children of Israel did essentially the same with the golden calf. The LORD is not a beast, nor is he a bird.A bodily shape like a dove is not the same as actually being a dove. The words make a difference:
Ezekiel 1:26 ¶ And above the firmament that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, as the appearance of a sapphire stone: and upon the likeness of the throne was the likeness as the appearance of a man above upon it.28 As the appearance of the bow that is in the cloud in the day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about. This was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORD. And when I saw it, I fell upon my face, and I heard a voice of one that spake.
It wasn't a throne, but only the likeness of the throne. And it wasn't a man upon a throne, and not only the appearance of a man on a throne, but it was the likeness of the appearance of a man upon the likeness of the throne. So that it wasn't the glory of the LORD that he saw, and not even the appearance of the glory of the LORD,but the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the LORDAs it was with Ezekiel, so was it with John the Baptist, John didn't see a dove, but John saw the Holy Ghost descend in a bodily shape like a doveThe LORD God, the Holy Spirit, is omnipresent:
Psalm 139:7 ¶ Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?8 If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.
The LORD, who is a Spirit, the Holy Spirit, is omnipresent.
Jeremiah 23:23 Am I a God at hand, saith the LORD, and not a God afar off?24 Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? saith the LORD. Do not I fill heaven and earth? saith the LORD.
The LORD doesn't need to dispatch parts of himself to different places in the universe, as he, the Spirit, is already there, and has always been there already, ever since he created the universe.
When we are born again, we are not in-dwelt by a bird. Also, we are not to be filled with a bird. A bird did not inspire the scriptures.
The LORD doesn't need to perch like a bird, because the LORD is not a bird.
