"RE; Paul Wilson: FiveDoves: 10.27.12: Not in Chicago!"

But I found the law states the person must still be alive at the time of the election for his/her vote to count. Being raptured prior to the election most likely would nullify the person’s vote. I found this out as they just had a story on the news here about a vet who cast a early ballot and then died. I could see those raptured being declared dead or a ‘disappearance clause’ being added in by a court ruling.

Not in Chicago!

In Chicago, the voting dead have made the difference in major elections, even going back to 1960 – however, in Chicago, the dead are only allowed to vote for a Democrat, so, that won’t work for those who plan to vote Republican.
