I'd like to share something with you, which is the perspective of a dear friend who lives in the U S. I couldn't say it better than she has, and she's given her consent for me to share this with you in regards to the results of tonight's election in the U S:
"This is going to have a huge impact on Israel's decision..and may be what God is using to direct Israel..who knows. This is taking a major amount of faith grief..lol..this is just awful..but I do believe the Lord has plans, and so be it. If anything, I really feel that maybe the Lord is trying to separate the goats from the sheep..the whey and milk..so, we must just let our love of country go, and say..for love of God..He's in control. Our country is more divided than I've ever seen or paid attention to at least. But, I certainly don't remember this when I was growing up. There's obviously two different types of people in this country..and we can see that the Lord is trying to tell His people to let it go..kind of like, "come out of her my people"..just making us aware that we cannot love something that is evil and love God at the same time." (Emphasis mine.)
"There are too many irreversible things that have taken place..and I knew something divine was taking place, even if it appears evil..it's all for the purpose of His faithful..His people, and His land..no matter how bad it looks or seems. I think we were just hoping for a slower death of our country. Holding on to what little sliver we had of an illusion. I believe it's just the Lord's will to give no one any doubts about what's happening. It's just those who are blind will continue to deepen in their convictions..and eventually become violent. At least that's my thoughts on the matter."
"It looks like a couple of other bills are failing or winning..which we hoped wouldn't..oh well. It's pretty obvious to me that the system has failed many people who see what's happening. And as I said before, it's pretty clear to me now why the Lord told me to stay out of it. It's out of our hands. I know that seems like a defeatist attitude, and everyone I know would disagree with me and encourage everyone to continue voting. They still believe in the America we've been convinced exists..but it doesn't exist and hasn't for some time. It's just a tool. With that said, we do have the fortune to have some freedoms. Although they are becoming more limited. I do feel blessed to live here, it's just that I realize it's all for real..no doubts about it now. No denying that it's going to be relatively soon that many bad things are coming our way..more so than we can even imagine. What we are seeing is on such a small scale gf. The disasters, all of it. It's just a small scale compared to what is down the road. There will be no doubts when it happens. No question of whether or not it's man made, or influenced by this or that. It'll be much more obvious."
"I never realized until recently the full scale of how those who follow men are so easily convinced of things. I can't understand it. But, I understand it better whenever I think of when the Lord was wanting only a certain group of men to fight. He said to take those who cup the water in their hands, not those that lap it. He differentiated between two types of men. I know that there's a very good reason for those differences. Without followers, there'd be no point of leaders. And therefore, no one would come to the Lord by way of prophets or what have you. And that's what we are seeing now. Those that lap the water, and those that cup it in their hands to drink. It's all through the scriptures of two different types of peoples. Parables were told many times to give examples. And we also see how Yeshua gives us the parable of the tares and wheat. It's completely necessary for the tares to grow with the wheat, as the Lord made clear. So, we have to endure this and understand that there will be a harvest. We must endure the tares. They come up fast, and they overtake quickly. They are trying to suffocate the wheat. But, the Lord will harvest before that happens I do believe."
I believe that this is our judgment, to be left to ourselves and wicked ways. The Lord often uses man's enemies as judgment against them, and the U S has empowered one of the most dangerous men on earth to do far more damage and destruction than he has to this point.
If you live outside of the U S and think, 'thank God I don't live there,' you have some very rude awakening coming your way. Living in Canada, everything that happens in and to the U S directly affects us. Our morals on the corporate level aren't an ounce better than theirs; there remains no shred of a moral compass left for either of our nations. We all stand to face the same fates and judgments. The entire world is affected by the U S. The U K and Europe are all currently facing great sorrows.
Until mid-evening, I had hopes that Romney was going to win. While he may not have been an ideal leader, at least he didn't hate the U S, didn't hate Is rael, didn't hate Christians, and wasn't a Socialist as O is. Four years down the road, there would have at least been other possible options for a more suitable leader.
I am numbed by the reality of what this win for O means. Having lived through and dealt with numerous deaths within my immediate family, I can't help but recognize the similarities to what we are facing right now and the stages of death and grief. The following article describes this to some degree, however, one striking stage missing is the initial stage of shock. Under times of great duress, shock hits first, and a sense of numbness, which is what I sense right now. I feel too numb and shocked by the reality that this is real, the time of great sorrows has come upon us, and for some unknown reason, the tears I feel like crying won't even flow. At least not yet. I recommend that you read this article to familiarize yourself with these stages of grief, in order to prepare yourself for what we will all soon face.

Not only has O won, but Prop 37 to label foods with G M O's has failed to pass. With the hundreds of new foods and vegetables currently under testing for release, we will need to be even more guarded and vigilant in what we eat. If you're able, buy as much in organic foods as possible to play it safe, as best you can.
The Lord has spoken. We cannot love something that is evil and love the Lord at the same time. We must separate ourselves from love of country and love of God.
"And I heard another voice from heaven saying, "Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues."
"For her sins have reached to heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities ... In the measure that she glorified herself and lived luxuriously, in the same measure give her torment and sorrow; for she says in her heart, 'I sit [as] queen, and am no widow, and will not see sorrow.'
"Therefore her plagues will come in one day--death and mourning and famine. And she will be utterly burned with fire, for strong [is] the Lord God who judges her."
Revelation 18:4-8
Something that I've noticed an absence of, are finding any stories / articles where people have been awakened mentally or spiritually by Sandy, despite it's striking abnormality and destruction that's hit so many. Outisde of those who are already believers and/or pre ppers, I have yet to read of any awakening to the calamity, nor any sign of people realizing that they need to become better pre pared.
This is something that's painfully noticeable throughout the judgments placed upon mankind during the days of the Tribulation that intensifies with each passing judgment - despite all that befalls those upon the earth during those days, there is not a single mention of people repenting. We can only arrive at the conjecture that there are people who repent to become Saved by the scripture in Revelation which mentions the saints (believers) who die for the Lord's name sake during the Great Tribulation (the last 3 1/2 years) as martyrs.
"Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, "Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?"
"And I said to him, "Sir, you know." So he said to me, "These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb."
"Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His temple. And He who sits on the throne will dwell among them."
"They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat;"
"for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes."
Revelation 7:13-17
I believe that this is a sign to us that we're facing the times of great sorrows in the not-too-distant future. A warning if you may, to prepare yourselves mentally and spiritually, as well as getting your needs in order to face some troubled times ahead. Call me a quack if you wish, but I am one of the many watchers on the wall trying to warn loved ones of what is coming down the pipes, and to prepare and brace yourself for what's coming. I state these things because I care, to put it simply. Feel free to share this with anyone you wish to send hope to. Many will need it.
If I haven't already shared this info, I highly recommend Holly Deyo's book, "Dare to Prepare." I've spent countless hours reseaching things between my friend whose words I shared above and myself, and Holly covers some things that even we hadn't thought of. There is even helpful information on generator selections, and expiry dates for foods and medicines, the latter of which I guarantee will surprise you. Her book is invaluable and indispensable.
