   I apologize if I seemed ignorant of your original post. I merely was trying to make a point that I believe is clearly shown in scripture, that ALL the Saints whether asleep or alive will undergo chastening of some sort, and not that there is some "special treatment" for those about to be Caught-Away(one way or the other), or that any who "walk with Christ" would be exempt, whether currently alive or not.

...and whips every son whom He receives. (Hebrews 12:6)

   My only point was that ALL the children of God experience the "fellowship of HIS suffering". To what degree that each one does could only be determined my our Heavenly Father Himself. What might be the determining aspect of this "fellowship" is ones willingness to endure suffering as opposed to avoiding it at any cost. There are those of us among the "Body" who still seek only their own comfort and deny the very character of Christ which declares the "death of self" and the "mortification of the flesh". On this, I think, you and I would be in agreement. And well should be.
