Hello John, Jim, Doves,Just wanted to make a comment on what Jim Bramlett wrote to Doves on 11/19/12. I am specifically referring to this part of his letter:http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/nov2012/jim1119-1.htm 2. Missiles have been fired by Arabs into Jerusalem, the Holy City, itself. for the first time in over 30 years. This is truly an abomination that would make desolate the Holy Place, and pave the way for the antichrist.. This could also reveal war taking place in the heavenlies as spoken by the book of Revelation. The following verses are from the PTL Counsellors Edition of the Bible:Luke 21:20: And when you shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.Luke 21:21: Then let them which are in Judea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto.Luke 21:22: For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. These are the parallel scriptures of Mathew 24:15, etc: When you therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place (whoso readeth, let him understand:) Mathew 24:16: Then let them which be in Judea flee to the mountains. (Doves, you probably know the rest by heart.)Luke explains what 'the abomination of desolation' is quite clearly...the surrounding of Jerusalem by armies. Jerusalem is G-d's Holy city - the 'holy place'...an army surrounding it to destroy it would be The Abomination.Whether or not this war continues and escalates into the above is in G-d's prophetic timetable...but Jerusalem, as Jim wrote, is now being hit with missiles.Could this be 'it'?I pray G-d brings peace to Jerusalem - His eternal peace.Blessings and Happy Thanksgiving to all!Chance
