Mary, per U.S.A. being Babylon, I also believe as you do.  I don't know the answer to the second part of your question per if by "come out of her", Jesus is referring to a physical or Spiritual move.  Given that the majority of us do believe it is the last moments before the Rapture, I would like to believe it means Spiritual.  But(?) haven't born-again Christians already done that?
