"Was the "Temple Mount" built before Noah's flood?"

We have evidence of pre-flood building in Jerusalem. I was just
reminded that the foundation stones of today's faux "Temple Mount"
could not have been created or moved by the post flood civilizations.
Certainly, the Romans in Herod's era could not have quarried and moved
the ashlars, massive stone blocks weighing more than thirty tons.
The more obvious answer is that the present structure was built on
the foundation of a structure mostly destroyed during Noah's flood.
The same kind of massive ashlars are found in Egypt's great three
pyramids which the Bible hints were also built before the flood.
Of course, Josephus makes it clear that all the temples were built
around the Gihon Spring, just as the coming Ezekiel temple will be.
