Archbishop Carlo Maria Vigaṇ issued a press release saying he has sued the Vatican Bank for appropriating assets meant for charity and that Secretary of State Cardinal Pietro Parolin knows about the alleged impropriety and is backed by a former Grand Master Freemason.
