Colorado.
Blasphemy on the Senate
floor. I don't need to write which party.
HB 25-1312 : "A
Bill For An Act Concerning Legal Protection For Transgender
Individuals" or "The Kelly Loving Act"
This bill passed the
House and Senate on Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
The 'child abuse'
definition just got a lot broader in Colorado. Parents
beware!
"...when making child
custody decisions and determining the best interests of a
child for purpose of parenting time, a court shall consider
deadnaming (calling a child by their birth name vs their
'chosen transgender/binary name'), misgendering, or
threatening to publish material related to an individual's
gender-affirming health-care serves as types of coercive
control. A court shall consider reports of coercive
control when determining the allocation of parental
responsibilities in accordance with the best interests of
the child."
Section 1 creates the
"Kelly Loving Act". This prohibits "coercive control,
deadnaming and misgendering of transgender individuals in
Colorado and provides protections for transgender students
in Colorado schools.
Section 3, prohibits a
Colorado court from recognizing another state's law that
"authorizes a state agency to remove a child from the
child's parent or guardian because the parent or guardian
allowed the child to receive gender-affirming health-care
services."
Section 5 and 6,
prohibits enforcing dress codes - a student must be allowed
to dress "by any variation of the dress code." If a
school uniform is required, each student can choose from any
of the options in the policy.
Section 7 requires forms
administered by public entities to have an option for use of
a legal name or a chosen name.
Section 8 and 9,
considers deadnaming and misgendering as "discriminatory
acts in the "Colorado Anti-Discrimination Act"
Section 10 provides for
"a new birth certificate following a change in gender
designation."
Section 11 provides for
the legal right to change "sex designation for an
individual's driver's license (and identification card)
THREE TIMES upon the individual's request."
The effective date is
October 1, 2026
Republicans are calling
it "a worse attack on parental rights." It's an attack
on "parent's rights and free speech."
And here we have Senator
Chris Kolker - it's easy to tell which party he represents.
In response to an email,
Kolker said: "This email says, basically, "I'm
accountable to almighty God, because I'm standing up for
equality, that my decisions, one day, I will stand before
Him and be accountable....Well, on my day of
judgement, I might be standing in front of trans Jesus, I
don't know."
So this bill makes it
illegal to use someone's birth name instead of their
'chosen' name. Students can wear whatever variation of
a dress code they want. Transgenders etc can change
their sex on their birth certificate and identification
cards up to three times. No problem.
You want to bet your
soul on that, Ms. Gonzales? The arrogance is palpable!
This arrogance of the
Democrat Senators, Representatives and Governor is a blight
on this state. They are bringing 'hell, fire and
damnation'. Surely, there is a large target right over
Colorado. The 'god' that Senator Kolker and others
like him are referring to certainly isn't my God. I think
they will be surprised on Judgement Day who actually shows
up for them.
Colorado is run
by a handful of evil people under demonic control who are
taking this state 'to Hell in a handbasket.'
THEY think they are
above God or they are gods - their arrogance puts them in
opposition to Him. Revelation 3:17 warns us:
"You say 'I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need
a thing.' But you do not realize that your are
wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked."
And these arrogant
Democrats are so blinded with evil that they cannot see that
the entire health care system is made topsy turvy with this
'utterly insane nonsense'. But THEY don't even care
about that. All they know is evil.
This bill goes into
effect October 6, 2026.
There are quite a few
'high Rapture watch dates' between now and then. But
surely, we don't have much longer~ 2025!
THEY will be sooo glad
to have us pesky Christians out of their way so they can
pass all the unlawful rights-stripping bills they want and
take control of the people for the coming 'hell on
Earth'. They have no idea what's coming.
It won't be the the
Believers, but it will be THEM that will be here to watch
'the world fall apart' and 'they'll be begging the sun not
to rise."
"Pride goes before
destruction, a haughty spirit before a fall." There
will be a group of people during the Tribulation period who
will not stop worshiping demons and gold, nor will they
repent of their murders, their sorceries, their fornication,
nor their theft. Rev 9:20, 21
They have been turned
over to their depravity. A sure sign we are in the
days before the Tribulation period.
