HOSEA 9:10

"I found Israel like grapes in the wilderness; I saw your forefathers as the earliest fruit on the FIG TREE (again, Israel) in its first season."

Matthew 24:32-35

"Now learn the parable from the FIG TREE (Israel):  when its branch has already become tender, and puts forth its leaves (1948), you know that summer (the 1000 year millennial Kingdom) is near; even so you too, when you see all these things, recognize that He (Jesus) is near, right at the door (Rapture).  Truly I say to you, this GENERATION (from 1948) will not pass away until all these things take place.  Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words shall not pass away."  

In 1948 Israel put forth leaves, but when will Israel bear fruit?  At the Second Coming when Israel finally receives her long rejected Messiah, Who is Christ!

So, the "generation" to see Israel's return as a nation (1948) will see all end time events come to pass through the Rapture, subsequent 7 year Tribulation Period, and then the Second Coming of Israel's long rejected Messiah, Who is Christ.  In May of this year (2024) Israel will turn 76 years old, and there is still the upcoming 7 year Tribulation Period after the soon coming Rapture.  So, the minimum now from 1948 to the Second Coming is 76 years + 7 years = 83 years.  Is that sufficient to meet the criteria for a "generation"?   Personally I think so, meaning that the Rapture must now be drawing very near!

2 Peter 3:8

"But do not let this one fact escape your notice, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day."

Hosea 6:2 (same thing found in Luke 13:32 & 33)

"He will revive us (the dead in Christ rise first, and then is the Rapture of those who were raised along with the living believers in Christ) after two days (2000 years); He will raise us up on the third day (1000 year Kingdom Age) that we may live before Him."   So, let's ask the question, when did Jesus go to the cross?  Some say around 30 AD, and some say around 33 AD.  Historians really don't know the precise answer to this question.  So, let's take for the fun of it 31 AD, and add 2000 years (two days), and we get to 2031 AD for the Second Coming.  Now, let's subtract 7 years for the Tribulation Period.  That would put us in the year 2024 for the Rapture and the subsequent beginning of the Tribulation Period!  Perhaps the Rapture is yet this year, but if not then still very soon!

How will the 7 year Tribulation Period begin after the upcoming Rapture?  

Daniel 9:27

"And he (the end time antichrist) will make a firm covenant with the many (Israel and many other nations) for one week (7 year Tribulation Period), but in the middle of the week (3 1/2 years in), he will put a stop to sacrifice and grain offering......."   The antichrist will very likely arise out of the European Union (too much to go into here), and through deception he will gain the trust of Israel and many other nations.  During the first 3 1/2 years Israel will build the Third Temple and reinstitute animal sacrifices.  The antichrist will put a stop to the sacrifices in the middle of the Tribulation, and he will demand that all worship is directed to himself.  I believe that then many in Israel will see through his deception.

I personally believe based on the Jewish feasts (too much to go into here) that whatever year the Rapture happens, it will be either in the spring or the fall of the year.

If you have not already done so, go to YouTube and type in "Rapture dreams and visions".   You will be virtually overwhelmed with all the dreams and visions that are happening now attesting to the fact that the Rapture is drawing very near!

So, based on Scripture, the Rapture should be coming up pretty soon!   But in order to have your ticket to the Rapture, you must know Israel's long rejected Messiah as your Lord and Savior!   If you do not know Him, pray a simple prayer and ask Him into your heart today, and ask Him to forgive you of any sin!  I made that decision back in 1979, and it was the best decision of my life!  You really don't want to be on earth for the upcoming 7 year Tribulation!   Just go read the Book of Revelation!  It will be the most terrifying time in all of human history!

1 Thessalonians 4:16-18.  There are many Scriptures on the Rapture in both the New and Old Testaments, but this is the most famous!

"For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first.  Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and thus we shall always be with the Lord.  Therefore comfort one another with these words."

What does it mean that we shall then "always be with the Lord"?  We will be in resurrection bodies that never die and for eternity we will be with Jesus!  Eternity is way beyond our comprehension, never ending..............  WOW!   Have you noticed that there is an undercurrent in our society of the existence of extraterrestrial aliens and flying saucers?  The "god of this world", and you know who he is, must have a false explanation ready to explain away the upcoming Rapture!
