As an interesting side note, in the Latin Vulgate, there is a third name in a third language, in the text:

Apocalypsis 9:11  et habebant super se regem angelum abyssi cui nomen hebraice Abaddon, græce autem Apollyon, latine habens nomen Exterminans.

Exterminans translated from Latin to English is "exterminating".

Exterminating is generally someone killing bugs, but here it for an angel using bugs to torment people.   (really bad bugs, though)
