In this letter I wrote about the
government funding of research for mind-controlled
weapons. And an article about a connection between
Covid-19 "vaccine" and dementia. Are these two things
connected by the research projects and the ingredients in
the Covid-19 "vaccine"? Or is this just more
coincidences?
The Government's
Mind-Controlled Weapons Projects:
Here is an article dated May 23, 2019
titled "The Government is Serious About Creating
Mind-Controlled Weapons."
The Department of Defenses' research
agency is DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects
Agency). In May of 2019 they announced that "six teams
will receive funding under the 'Next-Generation
Nonsurgial Neurotechnology' (N3) program.
Participants are tasked with developing technology that will
provide a two-way channel for rapid and seamless
communication between the human brain and machines without
requiring surgery."
DARPA "is trying to spur a
breakthrough in noninvasive or minimally invasive
brain-computer interface (BCIs)." They are "interested
in systems that can read and write to 16 independent
locations in a chunk of brain the size of a pea with a lag
to no more than 50 milliseconds within four years." (That's
by 2023!)
One of the six teams "plans
to use viruses modified to deliver genetic materials into
the cells - called viral vectors - to insert DNA
into specific neurons that will make them produce two kinds
of proteins.
The first type of protein absorbs
light when a neuron is firing, which makes it possible to
detect neural activity. An external headset
would send out a bean of infrared light that can pass
through the skull and into the brain.
Detectors attached to the headset would then measure the
tiny signal that is reflected from the brain tissue to
create an image of the brain." Targeted areas of the
brain will appear darker because they absorb the light when
the neurons are firing...."generating a read of
brain activity that can be used to work out what the
person is seeing, hearing or trying to do."
"The second protein tethers to
magnetic nanotechnology, so the
neurons can be magnetically stimulated to fire when the
headset generates a magnetic field. This
could be used to stimulate neurons so as to induce an
image or sound in the patient's mind." Proof
will be in being able to transmit images from the visual
cortex of one person to another person.
Another group will use "nanoparticles
with magnetic cores and piezoelectric outer
shells, which means the shells can convert mechanical energy
to electrical and vice verse. The particles
will be injected or nasally administered and magnetic
fields will guide them to specific neurons.
When a specifically designed headset applies a magnetic
field to the targeted neurons, the magnetic core will move
and exert stress on the outer shell to generate an
electrical impulse that makes the neuron fire.
The process also works in reverse, with electrical
impulses from firing neurons converted into tiny magnetic
fields that are picked up by detectors in the headset.
They are hoping to use the 'changed' brain to control
drones.

This article was published in May of
2019 - before Covid...before the Covid mRNA "vaccine" -
which we now know contains nanotechnology, nanoparticles,
graphene oxide (which is magnetic nanoparticles) along with
the toxic spike protein; and the "vaccine" was injected with
talk of a nasal innoculation and a genetic code that changes
our DNA!. (I wrote about all of these in
other Doves letters) And THEY told us from
the get go that our DNA is not changed by the modified
RNA - then we found out that it does change the
DNA. They lied.
So the government had access to research on
using viruses that have been modified - to deliver genetic
material into cells - with the goal of changing human DNA
- this is what was done later with
the Covid-19 mRNA "vaccine"! And they have
access to research that possibly could allow them to control
the human brain along with knowing what we 'see, hear and are trying to do'.
How far has DARPA gotten in their
quest for mind control weapons? Their clinical trials
could be done on an unsuspecting public - like the U.S.
population. Which is what was done with the
experimental Covid-19 mRNA "vaccine".
Covid-Shot Dementia:
And the Gatewaypundit has an article
on Dr. Mercola: "Expect an 'Avalanche' of Covid-Shot
Dementia". Published May 1, 2024. Dr.
Mercola is warning the people about "evidence of a link
between mRNA shots and dementia."
There have been many deleterious
health side effects with the rollout of the Covid-19 mRNA
"vaccine" - "Among those is dementia and related mental
issues.' Covid-19 vaccinations really got moving in
early 2021.
"According to mounting data, one of
the more serious side effects of the Covid mRNA jabs appears
to be dementia, and worse yet, this previously
untransmissible disease may now be 'contagious',
transmissible by way of prions"....
Dr. Stephanie Seneff, Ph.D.,
published a paper in the "International Journal of Vaccine
Theory" where she "proposed that the spike proteins' S1
component is prone to act as a functional amyloid and form
toxic aggregates...and can ultimately lead to
neurodegeneration." Seneff's paper presents the Covid
shots as "instruction sets for your body to make a toxic
protein that will eventually wind up concentrated in your
spleen, from where prion-like protein instructions
will be sent out, leading to neurodegenerative
disorders." "...a side effect of the mRNA jabs
"could be dementia, and the prions that cause it may be
contagious." We also know that
'frameshifting' (I've written to Doves about this) "occurs
in the Covid shots" and "can induce prion production and
lead to neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and
Creuzfeldt - Jakob disease..."
"...prions are infectious
agents composed entirely of a protein material
that can fold in multiple structurally distinct ways, at
least one of which is transmissible to other prion proteins,
leading to a disease that is similar to viral infections but
without nucleic acids." The misfolded form of the
protein is what sets off a "chain reaction that
progressively damages the nervous system.'. Creuzfeldt
- Jakob disease occurs in one in a million people.
Reported jab side effects include six cases of Creuzfeld -
Jakob disease out of 15,000 reported neurological side
effects.

Was this DARPA funded research used
in the Covid-19 'vaccines"? Was this dementia an
unintended side effect of trying to accomplish mind
control? Or was this part of the plan...just another
intended side effect for depopulation?
Is it all just coincidental that
these research projects involved modified viruses,
nanotechnology, nanoparticles, graphene oxide, protein
production (prion production?) and changing the DNA,
particles that will be 'injected or nasally administered', all for brain control? Just like what
we've seen with the Covid-19 "vaccine" and now we're seeing
the associated dementia (mind control?).
"In 2019, DARPA announced
that is wishes to explore genetically editing soldiers.
It has also invested over $65 million to improve the safety
and accuracy of genome-editing technologies....But the ease
of accessibility and low cost of Crispr-based technologies
has caused concern around potential military genetic
modification and weaponisation of viruses and
bacteria. These include smallpox or tuberculosis, and
could be extremely destructive."
The government
has had five years since this mind control article and
DARPA's funded Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnology
program. What 'breakthroughs' have they seen and
what have they done to the American population? To
guinea pig soldiers? And is
DARPA currently creating super soldiers with this
technology?
And more importantly...what is
planned for our future?
