"WHY KING CHARLES III CANNOT BE DEFENDER OF THE FAITH"

King Henry VIII was the first to be called defender of the faith until he broke off with the Roman Catholic Church to set up the Anglican Church so that he could get a divorce to marry Anne Boleyn because he wanted a living male heir and his first wife did not produce one and the Roman Catholic Church would not allow him to divorce his wife.  He also later divorced another one of his wives as well.

On the other hand, King Charles III divorced no one, but wants to be a defender of all faiths.  However, he is also disqualified from being defender of the faith because his 2nd wife Camilla is divorced and is still considered married to her first husband until he dies. So he cannot be considered a defender of the faith as he is an adulterer according to the Bible and so is she until her first husband passes away.

Romans 7:3, "So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man."

Matthew 5:32, "But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery."
