Dear Greg & Fellow Watchers,

Thank you for your long-detailed responses to my posts. I must point out however that neither Don Samdahl nor myself hold a Hyperdispensational view of Church formation. Actually, the terminology is pejorative and usually indicates that the debate has been already lost by the user of such terminology. I have already stated that my position is mid-acts dispensational as is Don's. I also noticed that Don had already answered your objections in the comment section, below the article, at https://doctrine.org/what-was-pentecost  . Since Don has already responded at the intellectual level I shall attempt to debate and hopefully persuade at the experiental level.

I have experienced many Christian denominations, including Catholicism - East & West, Baptists, Fundamentalism, Pentecostalism, Reformed, Calvinism, Armenism, etc. during my life. It always seemed to me that something was not quite right but I never could identify it. One of my first observations was that none of them agree and if this is really the Body of Christ, its members are at war with one another. The second and final observation is that Christianity has become Hegalian meaning Thesis, Antithesis and finally Synthesis. Synthesis is probably the easiest to understand. Although Syncretism ("To combine differing elements or beliefs, especially with partial success or a heterogeneous result") is perhaps the better word. There are 2 Gospels: the Gospel of the Kingdom ( Earthly Kingdom, Bride of Christ) and the Gospel of Grace (Heavenly Kingdom, Body of Christ). When these 2 Gospels are syncretized a 3rd Gospel emerges which is no Gospel at all.

Another concept that comes into play is known as Replacement theology. The "Great Commission" is a perfect example. A brief look at Mark 16 ( https://ebible.com/kjv/section/1780  ) esp verse 18 (They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.)

A more rational explanation is that Mark 16, verse 18 refers to Revelation, Chapters 8:11 & 9:4.
