I believe I have just unlocked another puzzle in Bible prophecy. After the Jews reinstitute the daily sacrifice, there'll be three years of continuous morning sacrifice (bring your sacrifices every morning,) . At the end of these three years, the temple is complete.

"Bring your tithes after three years"

The Jews shall officiate tithing once the third temple is ready. These three years speaks of the time needed to rebuild the third temple.
