Revelation 16: 12-15 tells us that the 6th angel pours his bowl out on the great river Euphrates and it's water dried up to make way for the kings from the east.
Revelation 9:14 tells us that the 6th angel is told to release the four angels who are bound at the river Euphrates. In the 2nd link is a page of Bible references which all include the river Euphrates.
