As we are told that evil men will wax worse and worse - deceiving and being deceived ; 2 Timothy 3:13 - let's run with that and ask ourselves what the wretched point was? WHY did Hamas attack? WHY are the Palestinians all celebrating wildly about this "ceasefire". They are literally driving around Gaza, letting off fireworks, cheering loudly about their "victory". This, in spite of massive destruction wreaked on Gaza's infrastructure as a result of this 11 day war. It does NOT make sense.
Something doesn't add up at all. It's as if the entire thing was orchestrated to achieve a specific aim. That aim has now been achieved. I put it to you that the entire 11 day fiasco was, perhaps, a test. To monitor how Israel's defence forces would react to a 3 pronged attack. The majority of the focus being on Gaza - diverting attention away from attacks coming from Lebanon (the north) and Jordon (the south). A few rockets were fired from Lebanon and Jordon during these last 11 days - but not enough to cause panic in Israel. But enough for any military strategist to monitor exactly how Israel's defence forces were deployed etc.
Ezekiel 38 (Gog Magog war) tells us that Israel will be living at peace and will be taken by surprise by this attack. Israel will be "unsuspecting". She will be attacked from all sides, by a multitude of armies.
If anything - this entire debacle has shown me that Israeli leaders (Netanyahu & crowd) AND Palestinian leaders - take their orders from someone else. This fiasco is so obviously orchestrated. According to reports - the Israeli people are not happy about this ceasefire. They wanted Netanyahu to finish the job! Again - the people have been left in limbo with no real solution.
