Written to you the church....... those who belong to God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ....... About endurance and faithfulness in persecutions, hardship and suffering.

God will use this persecution as a plain indication of His justice so that...... you will be "considered worthy" of the kingdom of God, for which you indeed are suffering, and in His justice He will punish those who persecute you. (2 Thessalonians 1:5,6)
