When angels fight, is there pain?
They will suffer torment in the lake of
fire, so do they not feel pain?
They don't die, but can they be hurt
badly?
While they fight, can an angel cut off a
finger of another angel?
When they are cast out into the earth, do
they crash land?
Or, what if the devil uses that moment to
deceive?
And descends slowly, feet first, upon the
mount of Olives?
To counterfeit Jesus, and to deceive?
Below are my answers:
Joel 2 tells us about "a
great people and a strong; there hath not
been ever the like, neither shall be any
more after it, even
to the years of many generations" that are
coming on the day of the Lord. Joel
2:8 says, "Neither shall one thrust
another; they shall walk every one in
his path: and when
they fall upon the sword, they shall not
be wounded." In Joel 2:11,
they are called the Lord's army. To
me this sounds like angels who have
shapeshifted to look like men just like
the two angels that appeared to Lot in the
city of Sodom in Genesis 19. They
are described as angels in Genesis
19:1&15, but are described as two men
in Genesis 19:5, 10, 12, & 16 who
looked like men to the other men of Sodom
who wanted to have sex with them. In
Joel 2, these angels who have shapeshifted
to appear as men shall not be wounded when
they fall upon the sword so it
doesn't look like they can cut off the
finger of another angel nor could they be
hurt badly since they can't be wounded.
As for angels feeling pain, we do know
that they will be tormented in the
everlasting fire which was created for the
devil and his angels according to Matt.
25:41. Satan, the devil, is also a
fallen angel, and Rev. 20:10 says, "And
the devil that
deceived them was cast into the
lake
of
fire and
brimstone, where the
beast and the
false prophet are, and shall be
tormented day and night for ever and ever."
So it looks like anyone that is cast into
the lake of fire is tormented. Even
the demons that Jesus cast out of two men
possessed by the demons knew that they were
going to be tormented at a certain time
because Matt. 8:29 says, "And, behold, they
cried out, saying, What have we to do with
thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come
hither to torment us before the
time?" Also the rich man
in the parable of the rich man and Lazarus
is being tormented in hell's flame according
to Luke 16:23-25. Revelation 14:9-11
also shows that all those who worshipped the
beast and took the mark of the beast in the
forehead or in the right hand as being
tormented. Rev. 14: 9-11, "And
the third angel followed them, saying with
a loud voice, If any man worship the beast
and his image, and receive his
mark in his forehead, or in his hand,
The same shall drink of the wine of the
wrath of God, which is poured out without
mixture into the cup of his indignation; and
he shall be tormented with fire and
brimstone in the presence of the holy
angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And
the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for
ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor
night, who worship the beast and his image,
and whosoever receiveth the mark of his
name." Jesus in Mark 9:43-48 speaks of
hell fire as a place "where their worm dieth
not and the fire is never quenched."
Isaiah 66:23-24 says, "And it shall
come to pass, that from one new
moon to another, and from one sabbath to
another, shall all flesh come to worship
before me, saith the LORD.And
they shall go forth, and look upon the
carcases of the men that have transgressed
against me: for their worm shall not die,
neither shall their fire be quenched; and
they shall be an abhorring unto all
flesh." Imagine if those dead men
are those who worshipped the beast and
took his mark who are being tormented with
fire and brimstone can also feel worms
crawl in and out of them.
In my opinion, I don't
think that Satan and his fallen angels,
who are going to be cast out of heaven,
will crash land unless they shapeshift to
look like aliens and crash land in a UFO
because they wouldn't look powerful if
they crash landed.. If anything,
they may arrive in a huge gigantic
mothership which would terrify the people
of the Earth. And if Satan descended
feet first down onto the mount of Olives
where Jesus is supposed to descend, he
would look supernatural like a god.
However, Satan would only be able to
deceive those who aren't aware of what it
says in Zechariah 14:4 & 8. When
Jesus stands on the mount of Olives, there
is going to be a great earthquake that
cracks the mount of Olives from east
to west with half of the mountain moving
north and half of the mountain moving
south. And living waters are going
to be running through the valley that the
earthquake leaves from west to east.
So the mount of Olives will not be
splitting in half until the Lord Jesus'
return which is how you will know Satan
descending on the mount of Olives is not
the Lord Jesus.
