Happy Mother's Day to all moms here.

 

I pray for God to shower you with love and blessings - good health, loving family, and an eternal Home in Heaven.

 

Many people wish they could tell their moms one more time how much they love them and how much they mean to them.  Just a chance to go back in time to relive a past Mother's Day.

 

We can not go back, but we can look to the future. 

 

'Forever in my heart, until we meet again.....'

 

There is hope -

 

Paul told us so some two thousand years ago:

 

"Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope.  For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep. 

 

For this we declare to you in the word of the Lord, that we the living, remaining unto the coming of the Lord, shall not precede those having fallen asleep, for the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a loud command, and with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will be the first to rise.  After that, we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air.  And so we will always be with the Lord."  I Thessalonians 4:13 - 17

 

 

 

"By Thee I have been holden up from the womb:  thou art He that took me out of my mother's bowels:  my praise shall be continually of Thee."  Psalm 71:6
