My husband Jim and I were fortunate in 1980 to be in Israel for the month of September. Eilat, Israel was a favorite tour spot for us.( pronounced eye-lot).
We were right there where 4 countries meet: Israel, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. It was amazing to see Egypt (Sinai) across the Red Sea, and to picture the Red Sea parting.
