IS COVID-19 A SIGN OF ACTIVE LABOR? 


Throughout the Word, the Lord uses terms like conception, expecting/pregnancy, labor, and delivery to speak about new birth. Some examples of this include:

1.) "There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. He came to Jesus by night, and said, "Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with Him." 

Jesus answered and said to Him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." 

Nicodemus said to Him, "How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother's womb and be born?" 

Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, 'You must be born again.' The Wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit."  (John 3:1-8)

2.) "Verily, verily, I say to you, you shall weep and lament, but the world shall rejoice; and you shall be sorrowful, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy. A woman when she is in travail has sorrow, because her hour is come. But, as soon as she has delivered the child, she remembers no more the anguish, for joy that a man is born into the world. You now therefore have sorrow, but I will see you again, and your heart will rejoice, and your joy no man takes from you." (John 16:20-22)

3.) "While people are saying 'peace and safety" then sudden destruction will come upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape." (1 These 5:3)

4.) "The Spirit itself bears witness with our spirit that we are the children of God; and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint heirs with Christ; if we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified with Him. 

For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory, which shall be revealed in us.

For the earnest expectation of the creature waits for the manifestation of the sons of God. 

For the creature was made subject to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who has subjected the same in hope, because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

For we know that the whole creation groans and travails in pain together until now. And not only they, but ourselves also, which have THE FIRST FRUITS OF THE SPIRIT, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body. 

For we are saved by hope, but hope that is seen is not hope. For what a man sees, why does he yet hope for? But, if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it. 

Likewise, the Spirit also helps our infirmities, for we know not what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit itself makes intercession for us with groaning which cannot be uttered. And he that searches the hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because he makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God. 

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to His purpose. For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate, to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be THE FIRSTBORN among many brethren. 

Moreover, whom He did predestinate, them He also called; and whom He called, them He also justified, and whom He justified, them He also glorified." (Romans 8:16-30)

Now, when labor commences, three distinct stages occur, which include the following signs & symptoms:

1. Early Phase or Latent Stage:
  • Longest phase (can last for hours or days)
  • Without noticeable or bothersome contractions
  • Mild to moderate contractions that are fairly easy to manage
  • Water breaks
  • Initial bloodshed
  • Feelings of excitement, anticipation, uncertainty, apprehension, worry, anxiety, and fear
2. Active Phase:
  • Typically lasts for 3.5 hours 
  • Contractions begin to be more concentrated
  • Dilation to 7 centimeters
  • Intensity and frequency of contractions increases
  • Greater bloodshed
  • Increased pain
  • Head Crowns
  • Woman experiences pain that feels like a "Ring of Fire"
  • Feelings of exhaustion, fatigue, and weariness set in
3. Transitional Phase:
  • Most intensive
  • Typically lasts up to 3 hours
  • Dilation goes from 7 to 10 centimeters
  • Strongest pressure
  • Increased, greatest bloodshed
  • Physically demanding
  • Feelings of exhaustion, impatience, overwhelmed, wanting to give up, disorientation
Ironically (or not), in addition to the Corona virus, we are also seeing a substantial uptick in Earthquakes, with a tremendous amount of activity at the earth's surface, as well as at the Ring of Fire:  

1.) On March 18th there was a 5.7 EQ in Utah

2.) On March 31st there was a 6.5 EQ in Idaho

3.) On April 24th express.co.uk reported, "Yellowstone Volcano: Fears for 'thousands of lives' after Magma found TWICE size recorded"

4.) On April 29th express.co.uk reported Yellowstone is "More Erratic than Usual" 

5.) On May 10th, a 4.5 EQ struck San Diego (Associated Press/msn.com)

6.) On May 12th, two EQ hit northern Israel, and a 3.2 EQ hit Lower Galilee, with the second striking at 2.7, while Rome and the Vatican got hit with a 3.2-3.7 EQ

7.) On May 12th an EQ swarm occurred under the Lo'ihi volcano in Hawaii 

8.) On May 11th, "As The World is Distracted by COVID-19, A Series of Large Earthquakes is Rocking 'The Ring of Fire'"  was published by endoftheamericandream.com

9.) On May 12th the University of Illinois put out a study indicating "Growing Mountains Or Shifting Ground: What is Going On In Earth's Inner Core?" (scienceblog.com)

10.) On May 13th there was a 6.5 EQ that struck near the Santa Cruz Islands (jpost.com)

11.) On May 15th a 6.5 EQ struck western Nevada, that was felt from Utah to California, with hundreds of aftershocks

Given all of this, is it possible that the world is experiencing ACTIVE labor and the "baby" has crowned or is in the process of crowning, and the "Ring of Fire" is being experienced? 

Are we going to experience the 3rd phase? Or does the phrase "Transitioning" mean the Rapture???
