"Respectfully..."
What so many at this time are failing to
understand about the rapture is - Those who accept Christ as
their Savior are "worthy' of heaven. Not all choose to follow
Him and become His disciples and if not, they are not "worthy"
of Him. The bride of Christ is taken out from the Church (Body
of Christ) just as Eve was taken out from the body of Adam.
Since the beginning of the Church many have died becoming the
bride of Christ. The Rapture is an event at the end of the
Church Age to remove all who are the bride of Christ - They are
"worthy" of Him. Those "believers" who are left behind will then
enter into Great Tribulation to prove their faith - much like
the 5 foolish virgins who were sent away to "pay the price" for
more oil (Holy Spirit) because they were not "ready" to be taken
in. We would not accept an unfaithful, uncommitted, immature
spouse who is "not ready" for marriage and neither will Jesus.
(Read the parable of the banquet) We cannot just assume the
highest (seat) position next to Christ without having an
intimate relationship with Him. God who sees each of our hearts
will decide who qualifies as Christ's Bride. WARNING to all
believers is needed here - Be dressed, be spotless, without
wrinkle and blameless for your Lord comes at a time when you
least expect Him, so be ready at all times and pray that you too
may be "worthy" to escape the things that are coming upon this
earth.
