Thanks to cutting corners and 'streamlining', "Operation Warp Speed" is pushing for a coronavirus vaccine before the end of the year...they are expecting to have 300 million doses ready from November to December 2020 and another 300 million by January 2021. One for almost every American before the end of the year. They plan on streamlining testing of the world's most promising vaccines - there are over 70 different coronavirus vaccines being developed by various biotech, pharma and research facilities - they will test them on animals then move to human clinical trials. They will fast-track the most promising vaccines to production.

So they are going to start mass producing different vaccines before the clinical trials are even done...so they'll be ready to start vaccinating as soon as the FDA gives their seal of approval. And the FDA will hurry through their approval process to get a vaccine to the public. (And I bet it will be the one that Dr. Fauci is intimately connected to.)
The article says they are discussing which Americans to vaccinate first.
"Operation Warp Speed" will deal with production and distribution and who will receive the first doses.
This is also Bill Gates plan to get a coronavirus to the world - to pick 7 of the most promising vaccines and then go with the best one or two - he said it would waste billions of dollars, but 'oh well'. He said he's funding this. And Dr. Fauci is on President Trump's coronavirus task force..how coincidental that "Operation Warp Speed" copies Gates' plan.
Dr. Fauci has told us over and over a vaccine would take "twelve to eighteen months", now he's saying a vaccine will be "doable" by January, 2020! He's been pushing for a vaccine over treatment since day one. Of course he's for slamming a vaccine through. And, he's pro-tracking, as is Bill Gates.

The question is, will "Operation Warp Speed" include tracking for the vaccine, like Bill Gates has planned? Dr. Fauci believes all who receive a vaccine should be 'marked' - tattooed. And Jared Kushner wants the federal government to track coronavirus positive people, so he'll probably push for vaccine tracking too.
So, it looks like that no matter what we will have a vaccine for the U.S. and the world probably before the end of the year. And there will be something in place to track those who have been inoculated. And we can pretty much guess that if you want 'normalcy' (spoken of by Bill Gates and Dr. Fauci) you will have to take the vaccine/tracking - if you want to go to work, to the grocery store, to the theatre...and what else will this 'tracking' entail? They can do oh so much more with it.
