And I’m sure all the continued emotional trauma & drama does not help YOUR health either!!!  I pray some way/some how you will be able to take deep breaths, to wait on the Lord, to bask in His peace – at least on occasion!!

 

I can very much relate to having such a wayward brother!!  Years ago, our own mother had to call the cops to have him arrested!!  Sighs, I’d prefer not to go into detail.  But it was bad – and could have been A WHOLE LOT WORSE!!!!!

 

Of course your brother Mike & his fam. Have our prayers…. As well as YOU do, too!!!

 

It is SOOO difficult to know to “what extent” to help his family – and where to draw the line!!  As in:  are you ENABLING him/them or REALLY helping??   I know we definitely had trouble with that big challenge over the years!!  

 

Maybe some Christian counseling is in order?  And if $’s an issue, perhaps someone thru’ your church can help at a much lower rate?  Or even FREE would be nice!  Yet we know the worker is worthy of his hire, but look around, as there are surely some good Christians still around who can maybe offer their help/services pro bono on occasion.

 

My brother, a mere few years ago, threatened to have us killed b/c we would not take over his house payments!!  He’s got connections to the underworld (having “done” drugs for 50 years+!!)  No problem at all + these days people will knock someone off for a measly amount of chump change. 

Even so, we are still here!  So God didn’t allow it. 

 

Plus, my brother’s done so many other wicked & shady things against us.  Pestered us like nobody’s business!!  Funny (ironical kind of funny) we and esp. my DH was the ONLY PERSON who ever tried to truly help him!!  THIS is how we were “repaid”!!

When we were growing up, 3 different times he tried to kill me.  I’ve prayed for him more than I’ve prayed for anyone in my entire life. 

 

Be comforted:  the Lord loves your brother even more than you do!

 

Sooooo……telling you a scant amount of my own experiences to say: I “know” where you’re coming from! 

 

We (Doves here, right Doves??!)  will be praying for you & your loved ones & the entire situation.

 

 

We are very sorry your family is being rocked like this!!  Time to turn to THEE ROCK!!!!!

 

The Lord is your Rock!!
