I dunno’ Guys.  But I’ll tell you this much!  From what I’ve read,

1. if truly it DOES have “buying and selling” linked to it!! 
2.  And if it truly is designed to TRACK our every move…… 
3. and especially  if it’s REQUIRED for EVERY living person ON EARTH to take!!......

 

Then I’m still inclined to think it “could be….”  And very likely is. 

 

And if you’ve  been studying about it much this week then you’ll know he initially promised it’d be ready to go in 18 months – he’s now sped that up to say good to go in 12 months!!  (which some if not many think it’ll be even faster than that!!)  But don’t forget, the Lord can confound the plans & not have it really “ready” till HE says!!

 

My own thoughts are:  if this is NOT the mark  (though I realize if it is the mark of the beast, first you’ve got to have the beast!  Cute comment I read somewhere this week….)   but if this is NOT the mark, then well, I don’t know, but some how it would rather surprise me that the Bible didn’t mention, or even hint, of something that’d come upon us, the ENTIRE WORLD as BEING REQUIRED to buy & sell as well as being tracked B E F O R E   the “actual” mark of the beast arrives!!!!

 

While I’m not placing bets here, and I see no reason to get scared, b/c if this is the REAL DEAL – then the rapture is to happen first!!!!   Remember soon after the AntiChrist brings about his pseudo (fake) peace, then people all over the globe start killing each other!  I think after the seals alone are finished, that close to half the world will be wiped out.  Souls in heaven, too, waiting for the others to face martyrdom as they were (ref:  Rev. 7) – this is NOT the raptured saints!  But the ones who were martyred b/c they refused to bow down to the AntiChrist, refused to take his mark.

 

Anyway, my two cents’ worth for this week!!

 

P.S.>>  also consider the number of the patent Gates went for!!  Is it a mere coincidence that it happens to be 06 06 06….???
