I believe that one of the most significant signs of an imminent rapture can be found in the way that evil has seemingly awakened in the past few years and has grown so incredibly strong.  Although I cannot see it directly, I can certainly feel it all around me.  There is this tangible presence – an ever-increasing darkness – that seems to permeate our world.  It is very much alive and it is very much filled with a supernaturally intense and unreasoning hatred that continues to grow ever stronger.

This evil presence is incredibly old and incredibly intelligent.  It is using, among many other things, the feud between religion and science to mask its presence.  Although we can feel this evil presence, our society is loath to admit that is could be in any way supernatural and would never for one moment admit that an all-powerful God exists or has anything to do with what is going on. 

Think back just a few years ago.  Who would ever have imagined that homosexuality and the world of sexual perversion would have become such a dominant and domineering force in our society?  Who would ever have imagined that our laws would not only allow, but encourage and even mandate, that even the youngest and most innocent must become indoctrinated?

In the past few years children are increasingly being encouraged to say they are “non-binary.”  They quickly find that those among them who say they are the wrong gender, or feel they are “gay” get the most positive attention.  It is a natural instinct for children to want to please the adults around them.  Just like adults, praise is a narcotic to an impressionable child.

What would the position of our nation’s founding fathers have been in regard to the slaughter of 61 million human infants in their mother’s womb?  Didn’t they say something about the right of every individual to “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness”??  Now a huge number of our legislators talk about a woman’s inalienable right to not only destroy the human life within her, but to also have the right to kill an infant who miraculously survives an abortion.

I am both shocked and sickened to see how rabidly and fanatically on fire these people are in their enthusiasm to kill babies.  What kind of animal is possessed to kill its offspring??  This is pure evil.  It is demonic.

What is God’s position on all of this??  Didn’t He make His position known thousands of years ago??

I am 66 years old and I can remember a time when being a Congressman or a Senator (at either the federal, state, or local level) was considered to be the most honorable of professions.  Now I am continually asking myself, “What happened to our nation’s Democratic party??” 

What did happen to America’s Democratic party??  How could it be that the only thing they care about, to the exclusion of everything else, is their hatred of one man – our lawfully elected President??  Many sat with arms folded, seething in anger and contempt, during the State of the Union Address, refusing to clap, while our President talked about respecting our nation and its veterans, abolishing the sexual trafficking of minors, fair and equal pay in jobs for women, providing affordable medical care for all, stopping the flow of illegal drugs into our country, and making our borders safe.

There was a time in our history shortly after WWII when, if the United States government said something, everybody accepted it without question as being the truth.

And by no means are sexual perversion, abortion, and politics the only places where the tangible presence of evil is lurking.  Every morning I read the news on the prophetic web sites and every morning without fail I find something new that is a shocking and disgusting escalation of the malignancy growing in the world that our God created.  Unimaginably grotesque actions by people upon others have become an accepted normal. 

Whatever this hideous evil presence is, it certainly hates Christianity.  There has been a huge uptick in Christian persecution in every imaginable location upon our planet.  Going hand-in-hand with Christian persecution is this supernatural hatred associated with anti-Semitism.  Of all the people throughout history, the people of Israel have been the most peaceful and the least aggressive.  All they seem to want to do is live in peace and worship their God.  And for this, the entire world hates them.

In the meantime, the church that worships Satan instead of our Lord has stepped out from hiding in the shadows and has taken on a position of legitimacy.  They place their monuments in our public places.  They have achieved legal church status with our Internal Revenue Service.  And, they demand that all traces of Christianity and all references to God and His Son be removed from public sight in our land.  Is this what our founding fathers had in mind when they said that there would be a separation of church and state??  I think not.

The late Pope Paul VI was allegedly quoted as saying “The smoke of Satan has entered the sanctuary of Saint Peter’s basilica.”  His successor, Pope Benedict, later resigned under mysterious circumstances and was replaced by a man who puts forth a message that is often in direct contrast to what our Lord told us. Among many other things, Pope Francis has declared that there is more than one pathway to God while at the same time has been very accepting of the homosexual platform.  There is something very wrong here.  Something very insidious.  Something very cunning.  Something very much alive and very, very evil.

Chapter 6 of Genesis tells us about how fallen angels interbred with the daughters of men to produce a genetic hybrid that was an offense to God.  This was one of the primary reasons why God destroyed all of creation.  Only 8 people were saved.  Once again, we are tampering with the very codes of life that are written in our genetic makeup.  We are mixing the DNA of humans with the DNA of monkeys as well as many other animals.  This is evil at its worst.  Humanity was created in the very image of God.  The evil entity that is spreading its darkness across the land hates God with every ounce of its being.  God will not allow this infection, this violation of His image, to continue.

My discernment suggests to me that this evil entity that is spreading its darkness across the land has brought a sickness with it that has infected all of nature.  Unprecedented freakish weather has become the new normal.  Volcanos are coming back to life on every continent and also beneath the seas.  Earthquakes are increasing in both frequency and intensity.  The animals are dying.  The oceans are dying as well.

My discernment tells me that this foreboding evil presence hates humanity and has a goal of killing a good portion of the people of this earth while enslaving the remainder.  It hates us because God loves us so much and because God created us in His own image.  Evil feels no mercy, whatsoever, for mankind.  To that end, this evil entity is looking for every way possible to weaken us before launching an attack of sudden unbridled destruction.  Something big is about to happen.  Something so terrible that it has never been equaled in all of history.  Something that is so terrible that we do not have the ability to fully appreciate how horrible it will become.

I see so many seemingly unrelated events coming together that confirm my overall feeling that there is an evil entity out there that despises us and wants to destroy us.  For example, I cannot help but notice how those within our own government who are so consumed with the hatred of our President and the values for which he stands are the same ones who desperately seek to outlaw the private ownership of firearms.  I am not saying that one political party or another is evil because they want to disarm us.  I am saying that there is a hugely evil and highly intelligence being out there who is manipulating the politics of our nation – the nation that has always taken a stand for the protection of freedom – to accomplish its goal of murder and enslavement of our nation (and of the world).

Our founding fathers said that our right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed and yet there many hundreds, if not thousands, of laws impinging on the right of an honest citizen to keep and bear arms.

What ever happened to our right to freedom of speech??  Now there are so many areas in which it has become tantamount to a felony to voice an opinion that is not politically correct.  It has even become a legal as well as moral offense to merely listen to points of view that differ from currently accepted norms of political correctness.  How would our nations founding fathers feel about this??

Our society is literally becoming increasingly addicted to social media for both news and social interaction.  Social media is also drastically increasing its censorship of Christian and conservative views.  There is something out there that is very much alive and which permeates our society that only wants us to hear just one point of view. 

Although I cannot see this supernatural evil being, I can sense its presence everywhere.  I can also feel it growing progressively stronger.  This thing is alive.  It thinks.  It is very, very old.  Perhaps even older than time itself.  Its unreasoning hatred is beyond my ability to comprehend.  And lastly, I can sense that it is about to leap onto the world stage in an unprecedented manner that is beyond imagination.

The old testament prophet Daniel told us that God has a timetable and that He will stop the clock at some point to take a people unto Himself.  That clock did stop nearly two thousand years ago and it is about to start again at any moment.  When it does, the Church will be swept away and hidden until all that has been foretold of End Time events has been fulfilled.  God has been silent for a very long time and has allowed us, collectively, to have our free will.  God cannot remain silent forever when it comes to our direct disobedience.  God will have His wrath.  His vengeance.
