Remember it was the Obama administration that was chief negotiator and signatory of the “covenant with death and agreement to put Israel in the grave”, the ‘Iran Nuclear Agreement’ that fulfilled Isaiah 28:15 wherein God tells the prophet Isaiah in Isaiah 28:18 that for making lies their refuge and hiding behind the falsehood He will disannul it WITH A destroying storm of mighty waters overflowing that will effect the whole earth. Notice the “second Exodus” occurs simultaneously in Isaiah 28:5-6!
