"My thoughts on
timing, part 2."
I believe the United States has morphed, over a long period of
time, to become what I refer to as the "end of the church age"
Babylon. In the scriptures, especially Jeremiah 50 and 51,
God lays out in detail the judgements He allows for Babylon,
that will lead to her complete destruction in one final day.
I observe from these Babylons' descriptions in Revelation 17 and
18, that these Babylons are noted for their riches/materiality,
the treatment of people as objects, and that there is a strong
religious component that also results in the abuse of others.
I believe Jeremiah, and there are also sections in Isaiah and
Ezekiel, when he prophecies against Babylon, often sees the
immediate Empire of Babylon at that time, along with what will
happen to furture "Babylons". Jeremiah's view/perspective
goes back and forth, and sometimes even overlaps, because the
judgements will be similar in some ways. Not every verse
in these sections reference the Empire of Babylon back then, nor
does every verse reference later days' Babylons.
One thing I observe in Jeremiah 50 and 51 is that one of the
reasons God brings "early phase" judgements to Babylon before
her final day of complete/total destruction, is to provide a
short window of time to have a select group of His people "come
out" of Babylon and quickly get to the land of Israel and
Jerusalem, before the total judgement takes place.
I believe a portion of the 144,000 jewish witnesses currently
reside in the US. They have to uproot themselves and get
to Jerusalem to hook up with the two witnesses before the day of
Pentecost on August 26th. The "early phase" of the
judgment on the US will be the catalyst.
God told Jeremiah in 25:12 and 29:10 that Babylon would be given
70 years. I have come to see that, with respect to the US
being today's Babylon, that these "years" are actually full
"anniversary" years. In other words, the beginning and
ending of each year is marked by the 4th of July. Since
Israel became a nation, this coming 4th of July ends the 70th
year of the "end of the church age" Babylon. God's
judgements will start then. What they will be, and how
intense or quickly they unfold, I do not know. The clues
in Jeremiah 50 and 51 point to an unfolding and relentless
devastation.
What this means for us is that there will be 10 days of some
level of "survival" we will have to endure, up until July 13th
(the 16th day of the 3rd month - think in terms of Moses at
Sinai here), at which time the body of Christ will be given some
kind of heads up that on Sunday, July 15th, (the third day)
Jesus is descending to meet us, and to prepare your hearts to
go, just like what the children of Israel at Sinai were told.
I find a ten day window of time involving suffering and
persecution in Jesus' message to the assembly at Smyrna
in Revelation 2:10. I am thinking this might be pointing
to these 10 days in July. Keep in mind that not everyone
who has embraced Jesus to date is aware of where we are at in
terms of the end times. When God starts to bring judgement
on Babylon on July 4th (again, I have no idea of what will
happen nor how severe it will be initially) a lot of folks, and
even believers, will have not seen it coming. Those 10
days will be like a refiner's fire to any heart-idols.
However, on the 16th day of the 3rd month, or July 13th, they
will be given some kind of heads up to know that Jesus is
descending, coming for them, on the 3rd day, or Sunday.
So, we need to be prepared for that short time (10 days) of
surviving. Look to your Father on what He wants you to
do. Think in terms of being able to share with and comfort
others. I believe a lot of folks will embrace Jesus during
this time window.
By the way, for those of you who have understanding on how God
communicates, in part, as to what He is doing by the signs in
His constellations (which only truly point to Jesus), on July
15th the sun is the constellation commonly called Gemini (but in
truth points to the union of Jesus and His bride), and the moon
is in the constellation commonly called Leo (but in truth points
to the return of the Lion of the tribe of Judah), and the moon
is also right between the Bright and Morning Star (Jesus), or
Venus, and the "Messenger" planet (pointing to the archangel who
will "shout", or proclaim, at the rescue event), or Mercury.
For what it is worth,
