Joe raised the issue of when does the Jubilee year start at http://www.fivedoves.com/letters/may2017/joe514-1.htm .  Lev 25:9 tells us it always starts on the day of Atonement (See http://messiahalive.com/headoftheyear.htm).  I don't think we need to worry too much about a 360 day year.  I think that one of the signs of the End Times may indeed be a return of the earth to its ancient 360 day orbit.
