Your link to the most important prophetic fulfillment of our Age was timely.  For me, this event, the formation of the State of Israel, forms the basis for my belief that Zechariah 1's 70 years of indignation, speaks prophetically to our day.

I believe that this November 29, 1947 U.N. Resolution 181 which sanctioned the partition of God's "pleasant land" dates the season of the commencement of Daniel's 70th week, Daniel 9:27.

This season dating is principally possible because of historic prophetic event which is appears to be directly associated with Zechariah 1:12's 70 Years of Indignation and Matthew 24:32's, Fig Tree parable.  If the Fig Tree is the nation of Israel which was formed in this 1947/48 window of time, as I believe the Scriptures surely imply, then according to Jesus, our generation is the terminal generation of Matthew 24 which speaks to Daniel's 70th week.

My paper on Zechariah 1 has been re-titled: "The 70 Years of Indignation: Apocalypse Israel 2017".  It relies on the foundation of Israel's nation appearance in 1947/48.  Hebrew Year 5707 commenced in 1947 and ended in 1948.  This year 2017 is Hebrew Year 5777.  A 70-year period will be complete on Yom Teruah or Rosh Hashanah 2017.

My Zechariah paper may seem absurdly long at 45 pages with 300+ scripture citations, but I wrote it in order to prove to myself that the conclusions would be firmly supported in the Scriptures.  I am satisfied that my standard of care in this legal analysis of Zechariah 1 satisfies the standards by which I practice law, competently, rigorously and full of zeal.

Paul tells us to encourage one another with the certain appearance of Christ in 1 Thessalonians 4:18.  If my conclusions prove true, then by dating the Fall season of Daniel's 70th week, I believe that the Church, as the body of Christ, must depart sooner.  I hope I have made it clear with my other writings that Paul affirmatively teaches that the second order of the resurrection of righteousness as detailed in 1 Corinthians 15:20-28, 52 and 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 is associated with the first fruits harvest feast named Pentecost.

The whole purpose of my blog, www.rapture2017.info,  is to provide legally reasoned analyses associated with Daniel's 70th week and the pre-tribulational resurrection/rapture of the Church.  

I know my opponents will call me a date setter.  No man sets the dates for God's appointed times.  They are His appointed times, they have been set and many disclosed in advance. Prophecy is history foretold.  God does encourage our searching and studying of His words of truth.  Paul says that if we are watching and spiritually sober, the season of Christ's appearance will not be a surprise.  Truly, no man knows the day or hour, but we are informed that we can know the season and certainly the year.  I do not know if this is the year, but for me, it is a very compelling watch season and the Scriptures would seem to suggest that 2017 will be prophetically historic.
