The Miracle of Dunkirk was 77 years ago May 26 - June 4 1940.

The code name for allied operations for the evacuation of troops at Dunkirk was Dynamo.  Dynamo comes from the Greek word Dunamis (Strongs 1411)

meaning (a) physical power, force, might, ability, efficacy, energy, meaning (b) plur: powerful deeds, deeds showing (physical) power, marvelous works.

With Pentecost falling on June 4th we have hope for another mighty miracle.

Gracious and mighty Lord we watch and pray.  We don't know when, but we stand ready.
