This nation of America was blessed in her beginnings because she held to that Old King James Bible, which she brought with her from England. Our forefathers who established this nation understood and believed that God establishes kings and rulers of countries and nations and peoples with those who rule over them, according to their godliness. America is not what she was in her beginnings.
The rulers of the darkness of this world are pushing to destroy her, in order that they can establish their New World Order. This also was told to us in the pages of Holy writ.

Today the world is set for the man of sin to rise up. We as believers feel it, and know it through the Holy Ghost and by our witnessing fulfillment of prophecy. We know it because we are doing what Jesus commanded us to do; Watch.
The Fig Tree Nation is key to understanding where we are in prophetic time.
The evening is soon at hand of the second day from our Lord's ascension, and he will come again against the third day to receive his bride.
As God commanded Moses to have the children of Israel ready, clean and washed and to come not at their wives, unto the nether part of the mount, and he then would come down and speak with them there. So is the example for the bride to be ready and clean and washed in the blood of Christ, watching and waiting for her groom. Candles lit and extra oil. Preparedness.

If I justify myself, mine own mouth shall condemn me: if I say, I am perfect, it shall prove me perverse. Though I were perfect, yet would I not know my soul: I would despise my life. This is one thing, therefore I said it, He destroyeth the perfect and the wicked. If the scourge slay suddenly, he will laugh at "the trial" of the innocent. Because it is "a trial", and what if the sword contemn even the rod? it shall be no more saith the Lord God. How that in a "great trial" of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded unto the riches of their liberality. And others had "trial" of cruel mockings, and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment: that "the trial" of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perisheth, though it be "with fire", might be found unto praise and honour and glory [at the appearing of Jesus Christ]: Beloved, think it not strange concerning the "fiery trial" which [is] to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad [also] with exceeding joy.

America today is far too comfortable. As when Israel had come into the land; the Lord left the Philistines, in order that the next generations would know war.
Our enemies for which we wrestle are: Principalities, powers, rulers of the darkness of this world, and spiritual wickedness in high places. These are they by which we will be tried, and some will fall away from the faith, some will be mocked and scourged, and some will be put into prisons, and some even put to death by the rulers of the darkness of this world.
Luke wrote the words of our Lord Jesus Christ: When thou goest with thine adversary to the magistrate, [as thou art in the way], give diligence that thou mayest be delivered from him; lest he hale (throw/cast) thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and the officer cast thee into prison.
THESE are the hypocrites.
So likewise ye, "when ye shall see" [all] these things, know that it is near, even at the door(s).

The only church in Revelation that is said to have an open door set for them, is the church of Philadelphia. These are told that they have but a "little" strength, and "because" they have kept the word of his patience, he will [also] keep them from the hour of temptation, [which shall come upon all the world] to [try] them that dwell upon the earth. This hour of temptation, is a CAUSE to take the mark of the beast.

Escape:
A fire devoureth before them; and behind them the flame burneth: the land is as the garden of Eden before them, and behind them a desolate wilderness; yea, and nothing shall escape them.
Neither shouldest thou (antichrist) have stood in the crossway, to cut off those that did escape; neither shouldest thou have delivered up those of his (Israel) that did remain in the day of distress. Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?
Watch ye therefore, AND PRAY ALWAYS, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape ALL these things THAT SHALL COME TO PASS, AND TO STAND BEFORE THE SON OF MAN.
And the soldiers' counsel was to kill the prisoners, lest any of them should swim out and escape. And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God?
There hath no temptation taken you such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who [will not] suffer you to be tempted [above] that ye are able; but [with] the temptation [also] make a way to escape, that ye may [be able to bare it.] For when they shall say, Peace and Safty; THEN sudden destruction cometh upon THEM, as travail upon a woman with child; and THEY shall NOT escape.
How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him; See that ye refuse NOT him that speaketh. For if THEY escape not who refused him that spake on earth, and much more shall we not escape, "IF" we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:

A line from one of the Old gospel songs, sang regularly in churches from days gone by, and unfortunately not many sing today.

Turn your eyes upon Jesus, look full in his wonderful face, and the things of earth will grow strangely dim in the light of his glory and grace.

REMEMBER: The words of our Lord to his faithful church; "Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I will [also] keep thee [from the hour of temptation] which shall come upon [all the world], to "try" THEM that dwell upon the earth. Behold I come quickly: hold [that] fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but IT shall not come nigh thee.
