Regarding your lengthy posting to me about gossip and

saying "Oh by the way as CHRISTIANS we are SUPPOSED

to JUDGE all things." (Caps are yours):

 

My response to Rene:

 

Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called sons of God.

Matthew 5:9

 

But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for

those who spitefully use you and persecute you, that you

may be sons of your Father in heaven.

Matthew 5:44-45a

 

Judge not that you be not judged. For with what judgment

you judge, you will be judged: and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you. And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye?

 

Matthew 7: 1-4

 

Jesus was clear about not judging, however we are to use good judgment.

 

He who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one. For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him? But we have the mind of Christ.

 

I Cor. 2: 15-16.

 

So if we have the mind of Christ, it was Christ who said, "Do not judge." (See the above Matt. verses), yet in this

world we make judgments every day.....good vs. evil, right vs. wrong.

 

Somewhere in Psalms, (my concordance doesn't give it)

is a scripture which says:

"Touch not my anointed and do my prophets no harm."

I would certainly contemplate that verse if I were you.
