The Bible pays exquisite attention to detail as to the place of the battle of Gog / Magog. Scripture is precise. Therefore, when Revelation 1:4 says " John, to the seven churches which are in Asia................." , I believe that the seven churches, being addressed, ARE actually in Asia. The Middle East.

Nobody can claim that our brethren, in the Middle East, have not suffered tribulation in the past years. In fact - ever since the so-called Arab Spring. Which started in February 2011. The Middle Eastern Christians have suffered terribly for their faith. Just because we First Worlders have only read about these atrocities - doesn't mean that tribulation has not been going on. We have recently been laid open to the complete madness of our political leaders and the ghastly impact their decisions have had on our societies. BUT - one can just barely call it tribulation. Life carries on for us - albeit baffling and frustrating. The real rot and evil has been happening in the Middle East. In close proximity to Israel.

The Book of Revelation ONLY starts addressing other nations (outside of the Middle East) in Rev 7:9 where the vast multitude appear in Heaven - in white robes and holding palm branches. This happens after the great earthquake (which I believe happens when Israel tries to protect their land - the Biblical land given to them by God - which very much includes the Golan Heights). This, to me, signifies Almighty God's wrath. There will be a brief "half an hour" prior to the rapture where the 144,000 are sealed. After that - the great multitude appear in Heaven. Note how the angels rejoice when this happens !! It's totally mind blowing.

Read these passages and get excited. I won't sleep tonight !! I cannot wait to meet you all.
