""The Devil's Advocate""

All Doves:

Several weeks ago I discovered the identity of the Devil's Advocate that incessantly reminded me of the Hegelian Dialectic at work on Five Doves, mainly against myself, and a few others as well over the past year.

Upon that discovery and realization, I was suddenly struck by being reminded of his Sophist-style of rhetorical arguments, nit-picking the incidentals and laying the intellectual land-mines to confuse the reader or attempt to find fault and discredit my posts on the minutia points.

Without naming the "Devil's Advocate" here I would like to offer those of you who try to understand our world and particularly the type of person that we see consistently responding to my posts every week and his nonsensical diatribes.

Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel was a philosopher in Germany during the end of the 18th century and the beginning of the 19th century.  He is the creator of the "Dialectic", known as the "Hegelian Dialectic".  The "Dialectic" is known by a number of premises such as "Problem - Reaction - Solution" in political and social circles today.  It in its essence is the formula of "Thesis + Antithesis = Synthesis".

The "process" is designed to bring about "change".  Hegel developed what we know as "consensus" thinking as a way of bringing about change, to create or establish a "group think" consensus.  The problem is that very few understand the "Dialectic" and that most people do not understand the danger of the "Dialectic"; it is that the "Dialectic" is not about so-called "team-building" or decision management.  Rather, and keep this point upper most in your mind, the "Dialectic" is really not about "team building" or "group think" or "consensus" making; But it is all about the "process" of manipulation and control of society

The "Dialectic" is the team building's silent killer.  It is used in the assassination of culture, religious beliefs, applying social-psychology used in politics, education, culture, etc.  It is a dangerous "process" that eventually comes back to bite those who engage in the process.

In essence, this is what the Devil did with Eve in the Garden, when the Devil asked that infamous question of Eve, Yea, hath God said?  Note what else Genesis 3:1 has to say: "the fact that the serpent was more subtle [crafty] than all the other beasts of the field which God had made".

Dean Gotcher is perhaps the Christian's best friend and ally in understanding the "Dialectic"; Dean Gotcher is your authority and asset to understand the "Dialectic" process.  Those of you who take the time to read my posts will benefit greatly by reading Dan Gotcher's writings, even to listen to his videos on this subject of the Hegelian "Dialectic".

Georg Hegel was an occultist, and he laid the foundation for modern-day communism.  His "process" of the "Dialectic" is responsible for changing churches, business, politics, education, and culture.  Dean Gotcher in his videos and presentations pulls no punches.  He flat out tells his audiences that, if the Devil, or his advocates, can get you into "DIALOGUE", he can twist you around to see things his way or do a 180-degree turn on you!

I recall listening to one of his presentations a number of years ago when I was working on my MA in Apologetics. Dean Gotcher made this startling statement:  "No one can participate in dialogue and keep their faith in God!"  I was blown away and then suddenly it struck me that many things that one of my professor's, Ravi Zacharias had taught his classes suddenly hit me like I was  being run over by a tank.  You can understand Genesis 3:1 so much clearer when you begin to see how the Devil and his advocates are able to win in the world of ideas through the use of "DIALOGUE".  Dean Gotcher is alarmingly accurate when he makes the statement, "If I can get you to dialogue I have already won you over in my way of thinking."

It became increasingly obvious that I was being exploited in strawman-type paradigm argument at another Pre-Wrath Rapture babble site, who would in turn exalt my nemesis devil's advocate at their site to try to tear down and discredit Dispensationalism, the Pre-Tribulation Rapture, the difference between Israel and the Church, Daniel's 70th Week, the "He" of Daniel 9:24-27, etc., etc.

Let this be a free lesson to benefit you.  Do not engage in dialogue with the devil's advocate through "Dialogue" of "Yea, hath God said?"  As Dan Gotcher will tell you, if he [Satan or his minions or advocates] can get you to dialogue, he wins!   I emphasize on Dan's thoughts, if he [Satan or his advocates] can get you to dialogue, you have already lost, and he has won before the debate of discourse of ideas has even begun.

The Lesson for all:  Become familiar with Hegel's social-psychology philosophy.  It is a "PROCESS" of bringing about change without knowing you have been screwed.  Peter Drucker was the greatest of the Praxis applicators of the Hegelian Dialectic.  Drucker is the father of Industrial Psychology/Industrial Management in the fields of industry and manufacturing; and, in that course, Drucker teaches the Hegelian Dialectic.  It may be called something else like "team consensus thinking" but make no mistake about it, it's all about the "process" of "problem - reaction - solution".  Every college major or MBA student in a Business program takes a course on industrial management or labor negotiations.  Unfortunately, religious denominations are just as guilty of using the "Dialectic" as I discovered in the last twenty years of my pastoral ministry, particularly if you are not the proverbial "team player" on certain choice issues.  Religious denominations are using the "Dialectic" today as "process" to change the minds of clergy towards the acceptance of same-sex marriage as being acceptable in the church.

Keep in mind something that is extremely important in understanding that when the Devil attempted to "Dialogue" by his use of the "Dialectic" with Jesus, He [Jesus Christ] refused to "Dialogue" with Satan.  Jesus' response was to state, "It is written!"

The Lesson for all to learn:  Gain a head's up on Genesis 3:1 and keep those words fresh in your mind!  "Yea, hath God said?"  Understand how the Hegelian "Dialectic" is used as a "process" to manipulate people, perhaps even you.

The take away here is not to engage in dialogue with the Devil's Advocate, and I choose additionally to not read his posts.  As a Jewish cabalist the Devil's Advocate has no love for Christian Orthodoxy.

Maranatha, Lord Christ Jesus, Come Quickly,

Pastor Bob
