I think I have tracked down the source of some confusion about where the US tax money goes. I had to send a check to the IRS this year, and it was cashed in a bank account in Austin TX, not Puerto Rico, and did not go to the IMF. Why do some people think your tax money goes to the IMF?
On the back of most checks from the IRS, severals numbers will be stamped on it. One is called an IMF number. Another is called a BMF number. IMF stands for Individual Master File, not International Monetary Fund. You can read all about how to decode the digits on an IRS check at http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-utl/6209-section4-2012.pdf , where it talks about the Individual Master File (IMF) number, the BMF and NMF numbers, the MFT number, and a variety of other alphabet soup numbers, but when the IRS talks about IMF in this context, IMF means "Individual Master File " not "International Monetary Fund".
Now perhaps someone saw "IMF" printed on an IRS check and PRESUMED something false. They probably PRESUMED it meant Intl Monetary Fund, and also PRESUMED the money was going to them when it was not. They INTERPERTTED what they saw falsely, but the back of my check proves them wrong, since mine was deposited inthe United States Treasury account in Austin Texas. They may have also seen "PR" and ASSUMED it meant Puerto Rico.
But as I said before, that amount of money could not go missing without getting noticed. Chondra wrote in and quoted sources saying such sums HAD disappeared. What she does not realize is that she proved my point - it's missing, and we noticed. That was my point. I never said it could not go missing, just that it could not go missing without getting noticed. The Fed won't let us look at their balance sheets, yet we STILL noticed that $2.3T was missing from their books. Money that size can go in a black hole, and it will still get noticed that it is missing due to the impact on what the organization interacts with.
Your check might get deposited someplace other than Austin TX, which is where my check went. They don't all get deposited in the same place. If yours gets deposited in Puerto Rico, that is OK. The IRS has an office in Puerto Rico and collects tax money there from companies as well as citizens of Peutro Rico, who pay social security taxes, Medicare taxes, import/export taxes, and other taxes to the United States. They get a break on personal taxes, but pay more to Puerto Rico than most people pay to both the state and Federal government. So on a personal basis, they aren't taxed AS MUCH federally as those in the States, since they are one of 4 US Commonwealths. In 2012, Puerto Rico voted 61% in favor of statehood and asked the USA to be admitted as the 51st state, but that has not yet happened yet and they are at that "half-state" status of being a US Commonwealth, but not a US State.
Karen Hudes is one of the bigger advocates of the idea the misperception that the IMF gets our tax money. She is a former lawyer for the IMF who claims that the USA actually LOST the war of 1812 and signed a peace treaty with England and the Vatican in 1812 in which the UK would agree to let the USA claim they won the war as long as they secretly paid tributary taxes to both England and the Vatican. Now it might ALMOST be believable if she had only said "England" and not England and the Vatican. But what business does EITHER country have to do with the pope? England cut ties with the Vatican in 1536 - almost 300 years prior! We weren't involved with Rome then. Well....hold onto your hat for this one....Her theory is that an alien race controls the Vatican, and the Vatican controls EVERY Government on the planet, and that's why they were part of the peace treaty because they are the power behind all powers.
She claims a race of cone-headed humanoids controls the Vatican!!! I am not making this up. She teaches that there is a superior race of Coneheads (remember Saturday Night Live) with bigger brains than ours that run the Vatican and thus the world through the Vatican. She calls them "Homo Capensis" rather than "coneheads". There is even a theory circulating that they are the reason the Pope wears that towering mitre. If this sounds too crazy and you're thinking surely no one really believes this....just Google up "Karen Hudes coneheads" and you'll find plenty of places documenting this.
She has said these "Homo Capensis" are hiding in the Vatican and says they are a "second species" with DNA much like human, but it won't mix with human and they can't cross-bread with us humans though they have tried it and tried mixing human DNA with conehead DNA. They look like us except for the big brains and big cone shaped heads that go with it.
How did we launder money to our coneheaded overlords between 1812 and 1945, when the IMF was founded? I don't remember her explaining that part. That 133 year gap is another problem with her theory. But Genesis is clear that G-d made man to rule over the earth and over the animals in it and there therefore cannot be any coneheaded species as is being theorized by these claims.
Also, if the theory was right and we've been paying this kind of money to the Vatican since 1812, the Vatican would not have lost the war of 1870 as I discussed here. 58 years of getting all our tax money would have raised a mercenary force that would have routed the Italians and kept the Pope in SOLID control of the Papal States.
One thing you can rest assured about is that if there really was some sort of secret deal to divert US tax money to the IMF, you would not find out about it by reading the back of your check. They'd find a way to hide where it is going and launder it by depositing it in account X then transferring it to the IMF. And that's probably why I read several web sites claiming that the proof is on the back of every check the IRS cashes, but no one wants to post a photo of a check they have sent to the IRS showing that proof.
Also, the whole notion that we are paying money to the British rests on the presumption we are scared of a British invasion, which we are not! The USA has the most powerful military of any country. We are not afraid of anyone. No country is in a position to force us to do something we don't want to do. And no country has ever paid taxes to another country when it knew it could win a war against it.
When the Government has a security breach and info leaks out they didn't want to leak out, the first thing they do is spread misinformation about that topic so that competing rumors are floating and no one knows which rumor is correct. This theory has got to be mis-information that the I11um-Elite are spreading to throw suspicion away from them and towards someone else.
