when you read this, you will see that the majority of the rules are them thinking up ways to force you to use biometric IDS to get online.....not just the hate-crimes garbage that they sold it to the public for.  Of course, there is also that pesky part about getting lots of money by tracking all your internet usage and then charging you a "tax" based on usage.  Of course.....that wont matter much to me since all the sites I use will be banned anyway....
