"To: Jim Re: Ark of the Covenant"

Jim, your article on the Ark sent me to Rev. You sound like you’re from my deep south. This is what I came up with.  Many thanks. jfh

Ark of the Covenant

Rev. 11:19 “And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there was lightning, and voices, and thundering, and an earthquake, and great hail.

1 Cor. 3:16 “Know ye not that you are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?”

Testament: A covenant between human beings and God.

Covenant: God's promise to the human race.

Deut. 4:31 “(For the Lord your God is a merciful God;) he will not forsake you, neither destroy you, nor forget the covenant of your fathers which he swore unto them.”

So where is the Ark of the Covenant?  It is within you if His Spirit dwells in you.  You are that chest that holds (to) the 10 commandments, the manna/bread of life.

Chest: The part of the body between the neck and the abdomen, enclosed by the ribs and the breastbone; the thorax. 2.   A sturdy box with a lid and often a lock, used especially for storage.

Thanks Jim, jfh
